- We start the process of book packing and preparation on receiving the order.
- We start the packing process after receiving the order.
- A refund will be given after deducting 10% of the total amount and amount of e-books/e-notes/other digital files provided with the relevant product if demanded before starting the packing/shipping.
- There is no refund once the book packing/shipping process has started.
- Advance Payment can not be refunded.
- Payment of digital files, can not be refunded.
Return Policy-
- Products printed on paper like books and notes will not be returned.
- Its principle is that products printed on paper such as books and notes can be copied with a camera or scanner and other electronic gadgets. In this point of view, there is no facility for return.
- Therefore, the concerned customer/candidate is advised to sell the purchased book at a good price to some other needy person.
